- Did not receive reset link? Check your spam or junk folder. Due to rate limits, reset requests are allowed once every 60 seconds.
- Expired token link? Password recovery tokens are valid for 1 hour. Request a fresh link from the Forgot Password page.
- Email verification error? Confirmation links authenticate your account and redirect you to onboarding automatically.
Soft-Deleted Accounts (30-Day Window)
Restoring scheduled deletion profiles:
- 30-Day Grace Period: When you delete your account, your data is retained safely for 30 days before permanent purging.
- Instant Restoration: Simply visit Sign In, enter your previous email and password, and click "Yes, Restore Account" in the modal.
- Confirmation Email: A security notification is dispatched to confirm your profile reactivation.
University & Student Verification
Resolving academic credential issues:
- Acceptable Domains: We accept official Pakistani university domains (.edu.pk, nust.edu.pk, nu.edu.pk, giki.edu.pk, etc.) as well as personal emails.
- Missing University in list? Choose "Other" during registration to type your institute name manually.
- Degree program updates: Update your enrolled program or semester anytime in your Profile Settings.
Squads, FYPs & GitHub Code Audits
Collaborating and evaluating repositories:
- Project Requests: Post open seats for hackathons or Final Year Projects with required tech stacks.
- Connecting GitHub: Enter the public GitHub repository URL into the Code Evaluator tool to generate automated quality scores.
- Leaving a Squad: Squad leaders can manage seats or transfer ownership inside the project workspace.

AA ColliForge holds all student engineers to high academic and professional conduct standards. If a teammate behaves inappropriately, ghosts a critical hackathon project, or engages in plagiarism, report it to aadevelopers.pk@gmail.com with project links and evidence.
How long does it take support to respond?
Our team typically responds within 2 to 6 hours on weekdays, and under 12 hours on weekends. Critical security and account takeover inquiries are prioritized immediately.
Can I change my registered email address?
Yes. To update your primary login or university email address, email our support team from your current email address (or university verification document) to ensure security.
